At MOODSTR, we want you to feel amazing in what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Shipping Fee

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

This amount will be deducted from the total refund during processing.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you covered!

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost involved in the exchange process.

We’ll dispatch your new item once we receive and inspect the original product.

❌ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After that, the order will be processed and shipped, and our return/exchange policies will apply.

To cancel, email us at contact@moodstr.fit 
with your Order ID and the subject line “CANCEL ORDER”.
